Guidance and Respect: At Dreamhouse, we recognize the uniqueness of every individual’s hair. We promise to guide you based on your hair type, texture, color, and history, treating both you and your hair with the utmost respect and care.

Punctuality: Your time is valuable, and being on time for your appointment ensures a smooth experience for everyone involved. Please respect our schedule by arriving promptly for your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes plans change. Kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice via email for any appointment changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% or 75% of the booked services, respectively. Deposits will be forfeited. 

Appointment Booking: To secure your booking, a valid credit card is required. Rest assured that your card information will be securely stored.

Hair Extensions: Hair extensions are an investment in your appearance. We offer hand tied hair extensions, KTip hair extensions, and Weft hair extensions. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or refunded. We will provide you with proper care instructions, and maintaining extensions will be a collaborative effort between us to ensure long-lasting results.

Guests: While we strive to create a cozy and welcoming environment, please limit accompanying guests to one person. Your appointment is your time, as well as other guests in the salon, we kindly ask that you do not bring young children into the salon.

Pricing: Pricing at Dreamhouse Salon is a la carte, and varies by stylist level. Prices listed are starting points and may vary based on factors such as hair length, color complexity, and products used during your service. 

Mutual Respect: Creating a positive and respectful salon environment is important to us at Dreamhouse. We deeply value mutual respect and kindness among clients and staff.

Returns: If you are unhappy with a retail product, we offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges can be made for products of equal value. We do not provide refunds on product purchases.

Service Adjustments: If you are unhappy with a service, we offer adjustments within 7 days of the original service date. Please contact us during this time, and we will do everything we can to address your concerns. Service adjustments mean we will fine-tune the original service performed to help you achieve your desired look. This does not cover a change of mind or a completely new service. In these cases, a new appointment would need to be booked at the full price.
